Foods that protect the heart!

Only our heart is always beating for us so that we can live well. Let’s see what are the heart-healthy eating habits. Avoid artificial sugars called refined carbohydrates. They are bad foods that spike insulin and triglycerides, causing diabetes and heart attacks.

Avoid fried foods as much as possible. There is nothing wrong with eating a little if you want. It is wrong to eat them too often.

Make tea, coffee, curd, buttermilk, paneer from skimmed milk and eat it. Avoid processed cheese, mayonnaise etc. Eat whole grains, nuts, wheat, and multi-grain bread. Have fenugreek, flax seeds etc in daily diet. Eat white meats like fish and chicken. Goat and pork can be eaten in moderation.

Eat animal organs like liver, kidney, brain in moderation. That is good for our heart. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and grains.

Which oil is best?

A doctor says that ghee is good. One says that if you eat coconut oil you will not get a heart attack. Another says olive oil is best and another says rice bran oil is healthier and switch to it. Which of these is true? Everything is half true. Oil is high in fat.

The HDL type of fat is called good fat. A healthy body should have more good fats and less bad fats. All types of oil contain these fats. So, it is best to use everything in moderation. But the million dollar question is whether the oil you’re using right now is actually oil. All the time the oil was pumped into the wooden check went uphill.

Edible oils sold in different packets are still everywhere. Experts allege that various chemicals are used to produce these oils, starting with crude oil, a petroleum product. If possible, everyone should switch to wood. Then you can decide which oil is best.
